Our company has 36 dyeing machines and 4 dying machines for sample making.

The Daily output is about 10tons,And the dyeing process is as follows:

Fabric shaping process 

Fabric shaping process is actually non-ironing finishing, also known as durable pressing finishing, non-ironing finishing, shape memory finishing, etc.   Non-ironing finish includes "anti-shrinkage and anti-wrinkle" or "durable pressing" two meanings.   Such as fabric should not only shrink anti-wrinkle, but also after washing and drying to maintain pleats.

Our company is equipped with 10 units large fabric setting machines, which can match all kinds of fabric shaping. 
5 units heat-setting machines are indepently designed for the shaping of circular fabric.

With an additional 12-color flatbed printing machine, we can use azo and Oekotex free pigments and reactive dyes, and with a computerized color lab, precise tones can be produced time and time again and effectively ensure consistency and reliability.
